INVADING ANDROID!

After 6425355 clicks of the mouse and 8931 bottles of beer ummmm... soda we finally made it. Anomaly Warzone Earth lands on the Android Marketplace!

There is so many Android powered devices, so please understand we haven't been able to test all of them. Still I hope Anomaly will work fine on most of the devices with Android 2.2 and higher. We will be testing more and updating the game to make sure it works fine on all possible hardware.

If you're new to our blog, here's a little press summary of the game:

It's been called "[a] fantastically intriguing take on reversing the roles in a Tower Defense game" by AppSpy, "so engaging it's almost impossible to put down" by Touchgen, and "a perfect challenge for any strategist" by IGN. And it was the Game of the Year runner-up on Touch Arcade!

The game is available on the Android Market HERE (along with some screenshots and a promo video).

This isn't displaying in the Play Store for me. Is there a geographical restriction (i.e. can't download it outside of the US)? If so, why? Are you trying to encourage piracy?

I installed the game on galaxy ace and it doesnt work it like I gave 4 dolalrs for nothing it yust stays at the black screen at the beggining it wont even enter

game doesn't work on motorola milestone. It went to the mission select but is just showing black screen after selecting the mission. Please fix this I really want to play this game on my phone.

@RioLau @bram - if it eventually went to 100% than the problem is caused sometime by the marketplace, it is out of our control. We also noticed that repeating download several times just solves the issue. Thanks for reporting RioLau. @blackbox - the problem is that there are many samsung galaxy models, which many of them are not even available in our country. But it works on hgva screens on the models we tested like samsung ace :)

@11 bit guy: I had the same problem with bram. Several times the download stopped after around 40%-50% and then restarting at 21%. But after several attempt, I got to 100%. Don't know about the source of the problem though.

Hi I want to ask if the game also works on hgva screens (Like the Samsung galaxy ace)..and if not -> will there be hgva version too? That would be so great!

@RioLau - we hope to fix this issue and update. First we need to reproduce the problem, though. @bram - how exactly the problem looks like? Are you getting some communicate that the download failed?

Text and graphic glitch on Galaxy S Wifi 5.0 (Froyo 2.2). Will there be another update that fix this?

any other alternative to download the assets? take too long to download and tend to restart downloading to 21% im using galaxy tab 10.1

Would prefer to see some gameplay in the video than just a commercial. Would make me feel a lot more comfortable shelling out for a pricey game.

Same here. Download won't work on Galaxy Nexus even after the update.
